A Guide to Ondara
Ondara is one of the larger towns and main commercial hubs in the Marina Alta, with great transport links and a short drive from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The town is also home to the celebrated Eurovision 2024 finalists Nebulossa.

Fiestas
Santisimo Cristo de la Agonía
Santisimo Cristo de la Agonia takese place around the middle of June in the Barrio del Cristo, with religious acts, street parties and live music.
Patronal Festivities
During the second weekend of July Ondara celebrate their Patronal Festivities honouring la Virgen de la Soledad. Each year the committee changes, selecting a queen of the festival and her court of honour.
Acitivies include the honouring of the queen, processions and an offering of flowers.
San Jaime
The last two weekends of July
Fiestas Populares de Pamis
In Pamis they celebrate their Fiestas Populares on the weekend that follows the celebrations of Saint Jaime.
The fiesta includes traditional dance and paella competitions.
Pump Track
A modern pump track for BMX and skateboarding enthusiasts, located near the sports centre and sutiable for all skill levels.
Plaza de Toros
The bullring in Ondara was rebuilt in 1957 after being heavily damaged in the civil war.
These days it is used as a cultural centre for the arts as well as hosting concerts.
Mercados
On Wednesdays the Ondara municipal market features a wide range of local produce, fresh fish, meats, and traditional products.
At the Rastro, which takes place on Saturdays, you'll be able to find a variety of second hand goods, household items and clothing.
Cines IMF
Cines IMF offers the films in Spanish and sometimes in original version with subtitles (VOSE). The cinema is part of the Portal de la Marina shopping centre, offering a convenient and comfortable viewing experience.
Hiking
Serra de Segària, PR-CV 415
Serra de Segària, PR-CV 415 is a scenic hiking trail that offers panoramic views of the coast and countryside.
