Senija celebrate their patronal festivities during the first weekend of May in honour of la Virgen de los Desamparados and Santa Catalina Mártir.

The neighbourhood known as La Cometa celebrate their own festivities on the first weekend of August.On the 14th and 15th of August are the Festes de L'Asunción.

Hiking

Between the villages of Llíber and Senija is the 5km route of Camí dels Morterets, PR-CV 53.5 and is currently registered with the FEMECV as having met the requirements for safe hiking.

For fans of hiking that fancy something a little bit different, Club Hipico Benissa provides horse riding classes so you can explore the natural beauty of Senija on horseback; they offer routes that last between two to four hours.
